In 2017, during her tenure in California, a colleague, seeing her potential, proposed a partnership in business. Although she had taken numerous preparatory steps, her journey into entrepreneurship truly began when she worked for a company providing these services and witnessed significant customer dissatisfaction. Many clients expressed their desire for her to start her own business, indicating they would switch from the current provider to become her clients because they believed in her ability to deliver excellent service.
